RETURN POLICY
 
Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority.  We want to make sure that your Permatrim experience is a positive one.  In the very rare and very unlikely instance you might not be 100% happy with your Permatrim, use the following information to exchange or return your plate.
 

REQUEST AN RMA (return authorization number):

Please e-mail us at lisa@permatrims.com or call us at 800-213-3323.  Briefly state your reason for the return and any damage to the product.  We will send you return instructions by e-mail.

We are charged a return shipping fee for refused packages.  If you refuse a package without a return authorization your refund will be less the refused package shipping fee.

 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

Returns will not be accepted without a RMA (return authorization number).
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 
 
Product may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 60 days from the day you received the shipment.  The items must be in new, resalable condition and in original packaging.

Returns will not be issued for product deemed "unsaleable" due to owner error (i.e. product with holes drilled or product damaged by owner.)
In the instance a plate is defective due to our error, manufacturer error or product defect the plate will be exchanged.  We will provide you with a return shipping label.  All we ask is that you put the label provided on the box with the plate to be returned and ship it back to us.
 
In the instance the purchaser orders the wrong plate, the plate will be exchanged for the correct one as long as the plate is in new, resaleable condition.  The difference in cost of the plates and shipping will be the responsibilty of the purchasing party.  If the plate that was incorrectly ordered is higher in cost than the correct plate needed, the purchaser will be credited for the difference.

We will not accept returns on product not in it's original condition; product that is damaged, used, missing parts; or return requests after the 60 day period.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of receiving the returned package.  Please make sure you have tracking for the package.  It may take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to show on your account depending on the card or bank.

Permatrim USA will stand behind all Permatrims we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material.
