I put this on my 2008 Searay 260 Sundancer with 5.7 Engine with Bravo 3. Had a hard time getting on plane and then at speed it would have the "260 Roll". Prior I would do 25-26mph @4,000rpm, 14-15gpm burn with the Permatrim I do 30-31mph @ 4,000rpm, 15-16gph burn and the boat stays straight, no roll
I did have to grind out one of the holes a bit I'm not sure if that's all Bravo 3s or just mine. I'm very glad I went with this product as opposed to a plastic hydrofoil
After one year - Still very positive. Though after removing it and reinstalling it this spring I would advise the use of wedge washers on the Bravo 3. The top of the existing cavitation plate on the Bravo three that the Permatrim is bolted to is sloped out from center, resulting in the nut and head of the bolts not being parallel and putting stress on the stainless bolt.
